Every page under /policies must have an owner and a review date (within the next 12 months). Set them for all three policies (owners: security → Lina, expenses → Omar, leave → Hana).

The old VPN guide /it/vpn-legacy.md is replaced by /it/vpn.md. Add a deprecation notice at the top of the old page that links to the new one, label the old page Internal, and fix the link in /it/index.md to point to the new guide.
